We accept cards, sealed packs and sealed boxes for our grading services. We do not offer grading via Zoom, etc – items must be physically present for grading.

For authentication services we must also be provided proof of purchase of the item from an authorized vendor or distributor. We will not authenticate items without suitable proof of purchase. We do accept proof of purchase from retailers with some conditions. If you intend to have brand new items from distribution graded you are welcome to have the material shipped directly to us from the distributor. Obviously, direct shipping speeds the authentication process as we are able to easily verify the chain of ownership.
We do not require payment prior to shipping. We will not return your items until payment has been received. If you do not pay for our services within 60 days we may seize your items.

Items are sent at your own risk – you may wish to purchase shipping insurance. Please remember that shipping insurance covers the loss of your packed – not damage from poor packing. Please pack your items well to prevent damage.
